HYBR

When HYBR, a SaaS-enabled rental marketplace connecting students with housing, approached me, they were looking to build a deeper connection with their audience and establish a stronger presence in a competitive market. The challenge was clear: how do you speak to both students and accommodation providers in a way that feels relevant, authentic, and engaging?

We started by developing a content strategy that truly resonated with the student lifestyle. Telling stories that highlighted the values of comfort, community, and convenience—showing what made HYBR unique in the crowded student accommodation space. This wasn’t just about promoting a product; it was about creating a narrative that students could see themselves in.

I also led a workshop on the power of social media for building brand presence, showing how a consistent, thoughtful approach could drive long-term engagement. From there, we built out a strategy for Instagram and TikTok, creating content that was both creative and strategic. We also ran targeted Meta ads to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.

The results spoke for themselves: HYBR saw a significant boost in social media engagement and website traffic, as well as a more positive brand sentiment. One post, in particular, garnered 92k views, proving that the campaign was not just impactful—it was resonating deeply with the audience. Through thoughtful content creation and a strategic social media presence, HYBR now has a clearer voice in the market, connecting with customers in a more authentic and meaningful way.
